• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis:

• Project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project commencement
• Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refund policies are outlined in individual project agreements
• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables. However, Bina Aplikasi retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials. Any pre-existing code, frameworks, or third-party components remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed to you for use within the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bina Aplikasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes to our services or these Terms of Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, you will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Bina Aplikasi reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
